Surface finishingWe offer black oxide coating, a conversion coating used on steel, stainless steel and copper. Black oxide is used mainly for the black smooth appearance and for mildly improving corrosion resistance. Black oxide impregnated with oil can provide the highest amount of corrosion resistance.
AluminumAluminum 7075-T6 (CNC) is an aerospace-grade material with excellent strength-to-weight ratio and strength and hardness comparable to steels.
Stainless steelStainless steel 316L (CNC) has similar mechanical properties to 304, with higher corrosion and chemical resistance. Ideal for marine applications.
Alloy steelAlloy steel 4140 (CNC) has good overall properties, with good strength and toughness. Suitable for many industrial applications. Not weldable.
Stainless steelStainless steel 303 (CNC) has excellent toughness, but lower corrosion resistance than 304. Ideal for high volumes, due to its excellent machinability.
Alloy steelAlloy steel 1215 is a low tensile, low harden-ability carbon steel. Can be machined at higher speeds.
Assembly fixtureThe assembly components in this case are composed of stainless steel and PA material. They undergo CNC machining using a 3-axis CNC machining center, and are finally assembled manually.
Mild steelMild steel 1018 (CNC) is a general-use alloy with good machinability, weldability, toughness, strength. Susceptible to corrosion.
Stainless steelStainless steel 15-5 has a higher toughness than 17-4, better corrosion resistance and transverse properties compared to other similar martensitic grades.
