The fixture increases rotary table height by 120mm, enabling machining of complex special-shaped parts. Manufactured with slow wire EDM and ultra-finish surface grinding, it achieves sub-micron flatness and parallelism, directly determining the final machining accuracy of fixtured parts.

Every riser fixture undergoes laser interferometer flatness and parallelism inspection (0.001mm resolution), CMM verification of all hole positions, and surface profilometer measurement of critical zones. Deep hole straightness is validated via precision plug gauge and air gauging.
